Dear Friends,
Despite the heat index of 106 degrees last August 25th, we had another great Pride Festival with an attendance of nearly 650 people. The Planning Committee is getting ready for a bigger and even better Chesapeake Pride Festival this year, and we moved the date to July for some heat relief!
We invite you to become a sponsor, exhibitor, vendor or advertiser for the 2008 Chesapeake Pride Festival for the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, & Transgender (GLBT) community of the Chesapeake Bay area.
The Festival will be held beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 19th, at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds, 1450 General's Highway (Route 178) in Crownsville, Maryland  21032. We are exploring some plans for after sundown and keep the party going! Stay tuned for more information about that.
Your sponsorship will greatly help provide our community with a safe place to join friends, meet people, and discover businesses and organizations who are interested in working with our community. We are the only event to provide space for any business to sell their wares directly to the GLBT community in the Chesapeake Bay area. This may be an untapped resource for your business and so we gladly invite you to join us so you may take advantage of getting maximum exposure to the GLBT community. The marketing benefits to your business or organization are substantial. There are three levels of SPONSORSHIP from which to choose as well as the PARTNERS program.
